- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some "Locksmiths" have tricky pricing. We offer a low flat rate price that does not change when the Locksmith arrives. Service companies who claim to offer Locksmith Service for $15 or $19 online don't tell you that price is a "show up fee" and the price for a Lockout or other service is added on top. We believe this is not far off from a common scam that takes advantage of unsuspecting customers.
