Monday, a gentleman working at my house, undertook what he thought would be a quick fix on updating some bathroom fixtures at my request - bad mistake!! After hours of not being able to even put the old fixtures back on and water gushing, I called Rick - he had installed a hot water heater in February and I was very pleased with his professionalism. He agreed to come within 40 minutes after calling him today - he came as promised and over several hours repaired the damage and installed new fixtures - I'll always call him for any future "plumbing concerns" - I should have done this in the beginning and my day/evening would have been without stress.
