At first everything was fine. They showed up and did the lawn and edge trimming. We agreed on a particular day and time each Month for the work to be done. They only came twice and never showed up again. I called and texted Kevin Coney and he did not answer or call me back. That is poor customer service in my book and not at all professional. I had met the wife and son and thought they were honest, dependable, hard working people. I found out that they were not. I also reached out to Thumbtack and Kevin did not respond to them either. The main thing most customers want is a dependable worker. Do not hire or trust these guys, or you will be disappointed as I was.
