Introduction: We are a small family business that have worked for prominent named companies. Through that, we've learned from these companies mistakes and they're strengths. A mistake I've experienced from large companies are overbooking with scheduling appointments. As a small business we honor our customers first, rather than business volume. We have all that is needed dollies, handtrucks, straps, and pads.
We enjoy working in the outdoors of our beautiful state in Colorado and interacting with our customers. At the end of the day, my guys and I are content to serve others.

Nu was a big help for me in my moving. Very efficient and does the job reallly well. Honest, dependable very courteous and the moving work he does very smooth and he really see to it that your things handle with care. Very much recommended. Will use Nu again in. Our future moves.

I was beyond satisfied with the service provided by Nuumai Lalau. He and his helper came over and moved a very heavy sofa in my home and both were very careful not to bump or scratch anything. He was attentive to my instructions and methodical in his work. He made himself available when I needed the service, was prompt, respectful, and extremely helpful. His price was fair and less than other bids I received. When he was here I asked about getting some other items moved at a later date and he went out of his way to look at the appliances I need moved, providing helpful tips on what would be required in the move/hook-up. I would recommend Nuumai and his business to all who need this service!

My daughter used Thumbtack for the initial posting, and I chose Impact Services because of the positive reviews. I was not disappointed! Nuumai answered my daughter's posting on a Friday afternoon. I called him that evening, and he was able to do my moving for me the next morning. I had two big pieces of furniture, an armoire and a chest of drawers that had to switch places, with two flights of stairs, and since I live alone I needed help. Nuumai kept me posted as to his whereabouts in the morning (he was coming from Denver to Boulder) and was friendly and polite throughout the moving. I was really impressed at how calm and thoughtful he was; not a picture was banged on the wall, and not a floor was scratched. He and his son were able to get things moved in a very short time. I would definitely recommend him!
