- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Residential moves are set at a flat rate, which are based off your household size and items to be moved. We do take great pride in being incomparable with the quality of our services offering unbeatable low flat rates upon request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon receiving a move or cleaning inquiry we assess the needs of our potential client by gathering detailed information about the services requested. - Name - Phone Number - Customer Requests? (Services) - Location of Residence/Commercial Property - Dates avail to start services Propose an estimate based on request Scheduling a date and time to do a walk through to assess and properly quote an estimate for the services rendered. (scheduling can take place same day) Attend walk through on date scheduled If potential client agrees to the services upon walk through we will sign an agreement to put services in place for dos requested. Payment is due in full on completion of services
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our senior moving coordinators are regularly trained hardworking professionals. With attained knowledge of 13 or more years of experience in the customer service industry and 13 years of moving and cleaning experience. Upon hiring new employee's they are required to watch a video, showing them the proper techniques of moving furniture and taking a hand written test before they are able to go into the field. After passing their test along with successfully watching the video, we provide hands on training. This process is to demonstrate the proper method of caring for ones household goods.
