- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on square foot or time estimated to complete the project. Smaller more intricate projects like backsplash, small bathrooms and unique patterns are based on square foot plus time estimated.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always want to make sure the new customers request is the best fit for my expertise. Clear communication is key. Making sure the decision maker is the first and main point of communication. If the customer is supplying any materials it’s key to make sure there is enough to complete the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The “school” of 3rd generation craftsman. I was born with tools in my hand. Experience of hundreds of jobs completed.
