- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Pricing for Product is standard and will not change unless we are offering a special sale during any given campaign time or market conditions have required is to do so. We try to be as consistent as possible. In fact many times we quote a job and may throw in a few extras to earn business!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we get an Idea of any given project we will give the best quote as possible. Most important we will try and establish a trust through references , views of our portfolio etc. make our client feel good about working with us to feel they are working with qualified experts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 25 years of combined experience. All of the vendors we us that supply product for our clients require many hours and years of training to sell their products. Our vendors look to us for advice as we have mastered the products. Training and Certifications require many hours, from online classes and training material to in class studies as well. Any of our vendors will provide validation of our experience and the quality of service we provide as well!
