We ran a small t-shirt company. We were spending so much time buried up to our eyeballs in paperwork. From bringing on new employee's, paying taxes, doing payroll, entering invoices, blah blah blah. We didn't start this business because we were good at administrative work. We started it because we were creative and artistic and had products that would sell. When we got a call from the IRS saying they were sending in an auditor, we freaked. We had been referred to J Bee Consulting from friend and called Josh. It's been 2 years since that call. Audit was performed with no issues. Our paperwork is all but gone. Our taxes are paid on time every quarter. Our employees are paid via direct deposit and love not having to track us down for a paper check. A few of our vendors now give us a discount due to paying our invoices fast. Essentially, we have been able to get back to what we started our business to do... print cool hip t-shirts. We love J Bee Consulting.

Josh and his team were fantastic. As a new business owner it was difficult to figure out so much of the details. After all, I'm a tradesman, not an HR and Payroll professional. Josh was quick to see problems before the came up, responsive when a new issue arose, and most of all, ridiculously respectful when I made mistakes that cost him time and effort. I refer all my friends to Josh. He even created a discount program for my employees to do their taxes. I really couldn't ask for more.

We had just landed a big contract and knew we were going to need help with recruiting and payroll. J Bee Consulting went above and beyond. They implemented a process and program to get us the people we needed quickly. We were almost unable to accommodate how quickly the JBC team executed on their promises. They were able to bring us 15 qualified candidates within 3 days!!! We just won another contract and who did we call? JBC, and we are expecting them to exceed our expectations once again.

Our turn over was OUT OF CONTROL! Josh and his team were able to identify the reasons, create a plan to address the issues, help us execute that plan, and then help us fill the gaps. He helped us implement an Applicant Tracking System that met our needs (and was Free!!!). The team at J Bee Consulting have brought us everlasting value to our organization.
