- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One of people's first questions is in regards to pricing. You want the best service for the lowest price. We cater our pricing to the needs of the customer. We guarantee to be priced fairly. To make sure your needs are met at a rate that allows us to be profitable. No gauging or slick sales pitches. Just honest and respectable pricing for honest and respectable work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we will come to your site, do an inspection of the area and find out what exactly you are looking for. That afternoon we will email over a formal quote with a scope of work and pricing. Once we agree on the terms and pricing, we will begin work at your discretion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In the past 13 years, we have worked with hundreds of customers. We learn something every time we develop a new client.
