- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you chose my services I will schedule a 10 minute call to answer any questions and set our first appointment. We will typically meet 45-60 minutes each week, via phone. I offer in peron coaching in Chicagoland for a small additional fee to cover travel. The first session will be identfying and prioritizing what you would like to work on and some irst steps. During the week I am accessible by text or email on a limited basis. We then build through the weeks to meet your goals while overcoming obstacles or limits that come up Regular meetings provide structure and support as well as accountability. I encourage my clients to work hard toward their goals with focus but to fuel that with self care and fun.
