- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am new to Thumbtack so if you interested in a package for resume writing, cover letters, salary negotiations, and interview skills I am the expert to help you take your career to the next level.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Customer will be asked to complete a initial intake form about your resume writing needs and career goals. 2. Upon review of your intake form I will contact the customer follow up questions about his/her resume goals and career objectives. 3. Customize your resume and send the final product to you for review. 4. Incorporate edits per the customers request. 5. Send final resume in PDF, Word, and Text Format. 6. Complete cover letters upon request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Masters Degree in Human Resources 8 years experience teaching interviewing and negotiations skills to University Students. Over a decade of experience in resume writing, recruiting, on-boarding, salary negotiations and strategic job placement.
