Introduction: I have a fun, Pilates-style of working out that will shape your body and keep you moving. Traditional Pilates focuses predominately on the core. I will give you a 45-50-minute workout that will tone the entire body, building lean muscle from head to toe. For clients with bigger weight loss goals, I offer my signature Cardio Pilates Bootcamp with a healthy and challenging combination of cardio exercises and my Pilates style training. I am also certified as a nutrition coach via Precision Nutrition. Nutrition planning and coaching is available for a small additional fee for all of my fitness clients. I was a fitness addict for many years and tried a wide variety of exercises. Pilates is the first form of exercise I tried that really showed me the results I wanted. I am standing taller. I have lost inches from every part of my body, and I feel stronger and more energized than ever. Teaching others the secrets of Pilates and watching their bodies completely transform is so incredibly rewarding. I truly believe everybody needs to incorporate Pilates into their workout regimen. If I can help facilitate that and help motivate others to keep moving, I am more than satisfied.

Drew is the most fun, engaging and challenging instructor I've had. As a beginner, I was worried that it would be too much for me, but because of the way Drew structures her class, the hour is always over before I know it! She's the best!

I've never been a huge fan of working out, but when I started taking pilates with Drew, that completely changed. She creates a challenging, engaging, fun workout and guides / encourages you along the entire way. I started seeing definition in my core, legs, arms etc after only a couple workouts -- Drew knows how to make a session effective and really count.

I love Drew’s classes! Before training with Drew, I had never worked out much before, but she turned me into a Pilates addict. Her positive spirit and encouragement make the classes super approachable and FUN (her playlists are amazing). Each class is very challenging, but Drew leads by example, explaining and demonstrating each move, and offers constructive feedback for corrections when needed. After only a month training with Drew a few times a week I noticed more definition in my body, I was stronger and more flexible. I HIGHLY recommend training with Drew for any skill level.

Drew is the best trainer I've ever had! She tailors the workouts to make sure you are getting the most out of the session and makes sure to focus on any areas you specify as well as switching things us and keeping it fun!
