Introduction: From minute one I'm working deliberately to fashion a creative and warm 'you-centered' environment. I'm proud and grateful to do what I do, and I love to come alongside you to see how I can help. There might be music, TV, or books (well, very likely books!) involved in how we make sense of the work we're doing togther. Wherever you are, I take pride in working to get you there.
My approach to therapy is letting the power of the relationship between us steer the work we do, and I enjoy being a channel for growth and healing in the world very much. (Plus, I'm fascinated by my field academically-so that certainly helps too!)

As a fellow therapist, I had the pleasure of working with Dixon Parnell. He is a dedicated therapist who is able to offer a variety of therapeutic approaches to his clients, ranging from structured life skills (DBT, CBT, ACT, mindfulness) to more existential concerns. His professional yet relaxed mannerisms allow him to quickly build rapport with clients. Furthermore, his broad experience as a therapist allows hims to meet his clients where they are at, help them identify core values and goals, and assist clients towards connecting with these values in their daily lives.
