FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Here is how I determine all of my prices: 1. Parts. After being in this business for a year, I have learned which vendors to trust and which to stay away from. I am constantly checking them against each other, and will offer you only the best options available. 2. Time. I charge $20/hr (min $20) of labor, to be only charged upon completion. Quotes are always free. 3. Tutorials (optional). I charge 10% ($5 min) of the total cost for a tutorial of how to complete the repair. So, your cost is: Cost of Part + $20.00 * time spent + optional tutorial. E.G. 1 iPhone 5s original quality white screen from WCP = $21.00. Shipping/Handling, standard shipping = $10.00. Total Labor = 0.5 hours * $20.00 = $20.00 (min cost) Sub Total = $51.00 with a tutorial only costing an extra $5.10!
