What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts will be applied if you pay for 3 or more sessions up front.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new customers will have a free discovery session with me so that I better understand the situation and how to assist. If we both choose to move forward with coaching, an agreed upon day/time is set and we start our weekly/bi-weekly sessions.
