- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different, but I generally start at $400 for flying, filming, editing and delivery of most small projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Learn the client's needs and send a detailed proposal of work to be completed, 2) Send contract and collect deposit, 3) Begin work and edit, 4) Deliver proof and collect feedback for final changes, 5) Collect remaining balance and deliver final product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a small UAV operator rating (drone pilot's license) from the FAA. I took a prep course to pass my exam and constantly stay tuned into this ever-evolving drone industry. I'm also paralegal by day and pay attention to the drone-related laws and regulations.
