After years of attempting to take on big DIY projects at our house, but running out of steam (& expertise!) to wrap up what we started, we decided it was time to call in a professional! We were hesitant to do this because so many of the "professionals" we had hired in the past lacked the eye and attention to detail we desire. Richard was the perfect contractor for all of the renovations at our house! He could handle any random task we threw his way. He was careful. He was thorough. He took such pride in everything he did. I look forward to working with Richard on our next big project!

Richard is fantastic to work with! He works in a timely manner and cares deeply about the quality of his work. Richard did a variety of work for me in my retail store, including a gorgeous shoe wall from reclaimed wood. I will definitely be working with Richard in the future.

Richard constructed my home office at my residence in the Westlake area. He "carved out" a space in a free standing garage; built a sound and climate proof area; and then create additional storage on the exterior walls for file storage. He also assisted me in acquiring the correct type of heating and cooling.
His work was done cleanly and carefully. He was on time and finished up within the budget I had set for the project. He also made sure that he covered any computer equipment during those times that there was dust.
Can't recommend him enough!!!
