We ordered window treatments for our entire house - brand new build. Melissa was super patient, came out multiple times for me to look at fabrics, options, etc. We started out wanting shutters on the lower floor and roller shades upstairs. We ended up with something much different which meant Melissa worked through a bunch of options and quotes for us. Once everything was installed, we noticed the first night the blackout shades in our master were not the right color. She came over and walked in and said, "that's not the right fabric..." and right away put in the correct order for us.
So you get great stuff and the prices are comparable, sure. Window treatments are window treatments; they aren't falling apart, they look good, and I'm happy with them. What earns her 5 stars and what I have sincerely appreciated about Melissa is her communication. She is so flexible. She understands my schedule for work and accommodates it. She follows up when I've not gotten back with her or when the delivery and install was taking longer than 2 weeks. Every step of the way I haven't felt like I needed to manage her to get the work done. I trusted that she was handling it and would give me updates, etc. It's something I don't see enough of these days.
Thank you Melissa! Wish you did more than window treatments bc I could use your organization, management skills, and customer service skills with other vendors and even in my profession! :)
