Richard has been providing service for me for the past 5+ years. He is professional, on time, trustworthy, and very reasonably priced (we keep telling him he should actually raise his prices!). He is extremely skilled in a number of trades and will never take on a task he does not feel comfortable completing. I would trust Richard with my home and the best part is, he is the dog whisperer!

Rich was an absolute professional! After three failed attempts to get some work done, or even just get a bid on some work, Rich came out on very little notice, assessed the work with knowledge without talking down to me and gave a very reasonable quote. He even offered to work on something immediately, because he was concerned about the safety of an exposed outlet. On the day of the job he installed lighting, dimmers, fixed an outlet (that others said would need far more work/time/supplies), fixed a railing, and prepped the entire condo for painting. On top of all that he even fixed an ice maker/refrigerator system error that another technician billed me a lot for doing. He didn't gouge me for supplies and also didn't try to upsell me on any work. Throughout the entire time he kept me informed about the status of the work, cleaned up as he worked and was very courteous. Add to that the fact that others quoted less work for almost three times the price and I could not be more pleased. I will definitely recommend Rich to others and use his services in the future!!
