FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every client is unique and it will also depend whether your campaign is a national, local, or multi-location effort. I price with a retainer and several add-ons for one-times. Examples of one-times would be projects like video production, ghost writing, or brand mentions (e.g. - getting on a big media site like Forbes as an example).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every new client goes through a discovery process. Through this discovery process my aim is to find out who your competition is, the background of your business, your unique selling point, and your target customer. I will also going through a technical review of the client's website to determine any holes before beginning any marketing campaign. The technical review is both on-page and off-page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education is an odd question when it comes to stuff like Marketing and SEO because it really comes down to what your results are. That being said my former career was a CPA and I graduated from the University of Southern California. My skills as a CPA makes me very analytical in my approach. Most of my training in my marketing has been with real field experience and working and networking with several high profile marketers across the country.
