- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All jobs have to be quoted on site to insure accuracy in pricing and proper equipment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Arrive at their home and perform a brief water test, explain how their water is effecting the water use appliances, pipes, clothing, skin, hair and food. Then determine the proper equipment and what type of installation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed as a Class II Water Treatment Specialist with the TCEQ(Texas Commission on Environmental Quality).
