- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing includes the following: Color analysis: the color palette of your choosing, shipping and handling of the color palette to you via standard domestic USPS (additional fees will be charged for overnight and international services),, and the process to conduct the color analysis. Style analysis: the style book, shipping and handling of the style book to you via standard domestic USPS (additional fees will be charged for overnight and international services), and the process to conduct the style analysis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client I normally have an initial consult to determine the correct products the person wants and request photographs in natural lighting. Once I get the photographs and other information, it takes approximately 7-10 days for me to receive the reports and color palettes. When I receive them, I get the necessary information and send them off to you within 2 days. At this time I contact the client to set up a second meeting to discuss the results.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started this work when I developed a program for women to return to work and noticed many of my clients needed to understand how color and style plays an integral role in business, from the selection process to promotion to getting noticed.
