I was absolutely impressed with the level of quality and precision of their work. That statement should hold a lot of weight considering I spent close to 10 years working on nuclear reactor instrumentation and control equipment on the navy's submarines, so my quality standards are far higher than average. I'm surprised they haven't run everyone else out of business. They arrived early and mounted my 82", installed a power outlet, brush plate for the hdmi cable, and cable drop in my a/v closet in just about an hour. Bat City TV will be my first recommendation in any similar install to anyone I know and will be hired by me again for any other project I have for A/V needs.

Adam was great. He showed up at the very start of the 2 hour window, was very fast, and installed my tv on the wall perfectly in 30 min. He even cleaned the screen and vacuumed the floor after! It's all in the details for me! Will definitely hire Bat City again.

We just moved into a new apartment and had already paid another service to come in and mount our televisions and it was a bad experience. They hung the tv too high, used the wrong hardware, and then made excuses about the way they had to do it due to the metal studs. I reached out to Bat City TV and they immediately got back to me and were able to come by just a day later! They were so detailed when they came over, used their own hardware, and had no issues with the metal studs at our apartment. They even put up our sound bar and concealed the cables so beautifully! We were so frustrated after our last experience and we were so happy with the work they did and so appreciative! Thanks for the great service!:) We will definitely be using y'all are on our next move!
