- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have no fees. And there never should be fees. I am by no means a bait & switch company, meaning that I tell you a very cheap price to get in the door and then begin charging you for unnecessary things.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first like to talk on the phone with a new customer because it’s much easier to develop a quick relationship speaking as opposed to typing on a keyboard. And then I like to make them feel comfortable by educating them on my process and then come to common ground on what we want to accomplish with the job.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started right of high school working for a family friend and have been able to progress into my own business.
