- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with an in depth conversation to find out what the customer is looking for. What do they need done? What deadlines exist? I prefer to get to know them first, and find out what their needs are.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated at the top of my class from a four year electrical apprenticeship program at GCC with 3.91 GPA. I am a card carrying journeyman, licensed through state. I have over 20 years in the electrical industry.
