Doesn't get any better. They have installed french doors in place of a old sliding glass door , Tile flooring in the Kitchen, and even remodeled one of my rentals complete with new kitchen

My experience in working with Schaeffer construction has been nothing, but positive. Being able to see a finished project under the guidance and expertise of Chuck Schaeffer has not only taught much about construction in general, but more importantly, he’s shown me, that when a client wants a paticular job done, doing it right and the attention to detail In perfecting each job is very important. Because of Chucks experience, talent and passion for people and there happiness; I’ve learned construction is more than a job for Chuck, but more like an art form. Your happiness comes first, and his paycheck comes second. This mentality, combined with an unparalleled ability to construct anything with absolute percision, makes working with Schaeffer construction, in my experience the only way to go.
