- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a complementary get acquainted call to see if we would be a good match to work together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A get acquainted call to determine if we are a good match. If we decide to proceed, we would schedule 3 weekly 40 minute calls to begin working together. All of this is done over the phone or Zoom. I also offer some assessments to gain clarity around the clients needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 years experience building, training, and coaching teams of people in all aspects of personal growth, sales, and business development. I have a CPLC (Certified Professional Life and Leadership Certificate) and am close to completing my ACC with the International Coaching Federation. I am also trained in the Strengths assessment and Needs/Values inventory.
