- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We view each tax engagement as a yearly contract. The engagement covers the actual preparation, follow-up phone calls, online access to all your documents and tax returns on our secure website, year round tax advice on via phone or email. Our base rate is $75 an hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In a typical situation, when we take on new clients there is always an initial interview to get to know the client's history, concerns, and opportunities the new tax laws present. If the client is satisfied with the direction of the interview we would collect the documents and get the return done typically within a day or two.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jason, as the Principal and lead tax consultant, is an Enrolled Agent with 13 years tax preparation experience. Jason has a B.S. degree from the prestigious Babson College of Wellesley, MA. Enrolled Agents are the held to the highest tax education standards in the tax industry by the IRS. All other tax consultants have relevant degrees and experience.
