Introduction: When we're struggling, the right help can be hard to find. Usually, it takes effort to reach out. I've been there. If you are seeking someone who is thoughtful, genuine, and compassionate, I hope that you will allow me to hear your concerns. I provide counseling and psychotherapy to older adolescents and adults. People with anxiety, depression, and stress find help living with challenging dynamics. For relationships, I help identify needs and foster communication and well-being. I offer presence, healing, and hope after loss, and, I am sensitive and skilled as clients integrate their spirituality in psychotherapy. I've worked with people who identify as nonpracticing, agnostic, and atheist, people of diverse spiritual traditions and practices, socioeconomic circumstances, and racial and ethnic backgrounds, and people who are LGBTQ, straight, male, female, couple, single, old, and young. It is important to me to relate authentically. Often, I find that what matters most to people are relationships, what we make of our lives, and what helps us make sense of the world. Whatever struggles and values you bring into therapy with me, you will be met with openness and respect.
