- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A sales rep will meet with the customer and assess their awning needs. Photos will be taken and the customer will receive digital renderings with different awning styles and fabric colors. After the awning style and fabric is selected, a contract is drawn up and the manufacturing process begins. Financing is available
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our sales people have over 15 years awning experience and are highly trained in every aspect of awning manufacturing.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
A. Hoffman Awning is a family owned business started in 1920 by Andrew Hoffman. It is now owned by grandson, John Hoffman.
