- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our minimum price during the week is $350 , and $500 during the weekend you get at least one chef and a pizza oven that we settup at your location, we typically charge $10 + for pizza at large events, so large volume events will be priced accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone consultation to make sure the venue can accommodate our high temperature pizza oven/s (the worlds most portable high temperature pizza oven) it does need to be outdoors, but can be settup anywhere a small bbq grill can be setup, we have cooked pizza on a rooftop deck :) And we have a question and answer session to make sure we will be delivering pizzas with the types of toppings
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my servsafe food managers certification, over 1 year of experience making pizza that included working one on one with two chefs who were graduates from Col Du Chef :) A pizza tour of Brooklyn and a trip to the international pizza expo. Our pizza is some of the best in the country :)
