- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The quote for your event has many determining factors including the duration of the event, number of guests in attendance, and services needed (lighting, fog effects, etc.) We'll never surprise a customer with fees or added services, the price we agree on is the price you'll pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make it a point to talk with our new customers in depth. Our business depends on meeting our client's needs, and we've found the best way to do that is frequent communication and thorough attention to detail.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our DJs have been doing what they do so well for quite a while, for some it's all they know!
