- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step in working with a new client is understanding the issue at hand. What exactly is the client asking for and is the client comfortable with providing a general intent, while allowing my team to work in a decentralized manner to achieve detailed, analytical, and efficient results. We focus on building trust through understanding the client's needs.

- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most recently consulted with the government of the United Arab Emirates to provide leadership focused model programs to modernize government's leadership curriculum. Our leadership development program focused on all levels of government, from the tactical and operational, to strategic. Formulated policy papers senior level government officials on leadership, education, and development.
