Kamesha Tarell is an amazing life coach. She's patient, understanding and she listens to you to make sure she understands what you are saying. While possessing these qualities, she's direct when she needs to be and coaches you in your areas of weakness. She has been amazing in my life and my marriage. I have learned self-care and that its ok to be selfish. She will change your life.

I am honestly not sure where to begin as being coached by Kamesha has been one of the best decisions I have made. She values your time, invest in your progression, although Kamesha carries herself in a professional manner; she does not lack compassion and concern. One of the most important things for me is having someone who can relate to what you are going through. Kamesha takes the time to get to know you, she listens and actually hears you. And be ready for homework, don't be alarmed the assignments are an added benefit to becoming a better you!
