- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing is custom to the needs of the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I speak to the customer and find out exactly what they need, how much they know about this service and what kind of budget they are working with. I also get as much information on the event as possible. From there I can custom tailor a package and price perfectly suited to the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many many years of various customer service jobs. I also worked in sales for a short while.
