The movers arrived at 9:36 am. The scheduled arrival time was 9:30am.
Lets start with the good first--the movers were polite, respectful and cautious with each item moved. The owner of the company is a different story. The move was quoted at 290.00 for 2.5 hours, starting when the drivers arrived. This includes also includes a 50.00 gas fee. The movers arrived in a rented uhaul truck, did not have enough gas and had to detour for apprx 25 mins when enroute to final destination. The final price for the move was 480.00 for 4 hours. The actual time was 3 hours including the detour for gas but the company does not prorate the time. If your move is complete anytime within the hour, you are charged for the entire hour. I spoke with the owner about our concerns and he was unapologetic and rude. I asked for time to review contract and he stated "you have seven minutes or will be charged for 5 hours" So, while reviewing the contract, I see a text message that states "You are now responsible for 5 hours" This is the worse moving company we've encountered and we will never use again nor recommend. Moving forward customers please be mindful and use our experience as a warning.
