- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
it's mainly look at job first to c what it is i have to do don't want to over charge the customers or cheat myself usually.I go over an point out what may have to b done I do what customers want n don't try n talk them in to doing xtra like some do just to get that xtra buck some people don't have that xtra buck ill help out much as I can I do not cut corners on any of my wrk just to save it if something needs replacing I tell the customers first n not make them pay 4 something that didn't need done

to see what it is they want done letting them know how long it would take to do job when to start
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
really no training wrk with experienced roofers that knew more than just roofing they seen I wanted to really learn what they was doing so they showed me their tricks of their trade an that was look listen an learn.
