Introduction: I worked in the service industry most of my life, so I have never really met a "stranger". I'm pretty easy going, and have the patience necessary to work with little ones, and able to handle the stress of large groups. My bride and I got married on 12/5/15 in Baton Rouge. Our plan for a Wedding Program collapsed two weeks prior! We got referred to Jackie, and she hit a grand slam home run. Jackie is a capable, accomplished, and creative Desktop Editor, and a collaborative and conscientious artist! On such short notice we communicated via telephone, email, and texting to create and edit three drafts of our Wedding Program. The entire endeavor was reasonable, professional, trusting, and fun! So much so that we met for the first time in person when she brought 160 Programs to our home and we paid/reimbursed her for service and expense. I highly recommend Jackie's work and person!

We wanted to take family pictures and Jacqueline was able to give us some suggested areas to hold the session or go to another place that we preferred. We decided to take pictures at City Park. I have 2 young toddlers which she demonstrated patience and experience in working with kids. We were very pleased with how the photo session went. My daughter was not very cooperative that day but Jacqueline managed to get some shots in given the circumstances. She was attentive to the background, lighting, and our positions in the pictures. The turnaround time to be able to get the CD and see the pictures were very reasonable (less than a week). We would definitely use her services again and recommend Jacqueline/Contact Photography.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is best to chat before the photoshoot, to get a feel for exactly what the customer is looking for in their photographs. If possible, I like to meet in person to discuss their needs.
