- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A majority of our pricing is based on estimated hours needed plus any 3rd party solutions (i.e. shopping cart) needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step of on-boarding a client includes a Marketing Audit. This helps us to understand what problems your company solves and evaluates all current marketing initiatives, not just the one you are requesting professional assistance with. This allows us to properly present your message, to your market, through the media you desire us to use.
