- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I require a 25% deposit to lock in their desired date. The other 75% can be made in payments or in full the week before the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know my customers/clients is so important to me. The best way to know a person is through their love of food. I try my best to get my customers needs taken care of while still having the ability to put my own spin on their requested menu.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My family is huge, and I’d always love to be in the kitchen as a little girl. I always was intrigued at how raw ingredients were able to be translated into tasteful creations.
