FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies on the time needed to complete the job, requested or desired materials, schedule, equipment needed, and several other factors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I would respond to your request with as much information as possible, If you're able to be as specific as possible I would give you a ballpark pricing for the work you're looking for. I would call you if you put your phone number in your request, likely before you even see that I respond to your request. I would schedule a time to speak with you over the phone or to meet with you in person, in person meeting preferred! That way I can get my eyes on your project myself and see what you're looking for and to discuss it with you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I go to contractor conventions with Sherwin-Williams to perform product testing to stay informed about cutting-edge products and be as well informed of their products as well as competitor products.
