- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Speaker Coaching $125/30-minute session, $200/50-minute session Executive, Entrepreneur, Manager, Supervisor Coaching $200/50-minute hour, 10% discount for the 3-month package, 15% discount for the 6-month package. Speaker fees: $5,000 - Breakout Sessions, $8,000 Keynotes, $10,000 Playshops
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In working with speaker coaching clients, we start with accessing your current skills, if you have a presentation we look at how to improve it; if you don't have a presentation - I help you craft it. We will work on your speaking style, gestures, stage presence, movement, supporting visuals, and your call to action. For skilled speakers, usually, 1-3 sessions prepare you to shine! For intermediate and beginners, we will have an initial 30-minute FREE assessment and decide together the best path to take. In working with executives, entrepreneurs, managers and supervisors, your first 30-minute session is FREE. I offer 3 or 6-month coaching packages. We can meet weekly, every other week (3 or 6 months), or monthly (6-month package only) for 50-minutes per session. We will use my self-assessment tool to get us started. Set clear goals for our work together and determine how often we will meet. If you live in the Portland metro area, we can work in-person. Otherwise, we can work via Zoom or FaceTime.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Communication and a master's degree in Management & Organizational Leadership. I have been certified in youth mentoring programs by Global Partners for Youth and I have been coaching and mentoring for more than 25 years.
