We hired Vlad to repair a separate gutter, and during his work, he found that a previous Pro we hired had not unclogged the downspouts during gutter cleaning. After taking pictures to document the concerns, Vlad cleared all the downspouts and installed guards to keep our downspouts from getting clogged in the future. He was on time, and I was seriously impressed with his skill set. He set the price right up front before starting the work. He knew exactly what to do, and made quick work of it. He also made a trip to Home Depot to get some parts. Oftentimes handy people don’t do electrical, but he was a serious pro. As a Designer, I’ve unfortunately seen a lot of bad tradespeople. He ranks up there on the top for the overall experience. I will definitely be hiring him again, and referring him to clients! I feel like he could fix just about anything. Thank you!!"See more

He was very pleasant to work with and knew what he was doing. Due to some prior work by others our hot and cold water were reversed so he had to return to change water line to ice maker. He came back promptly and fixed. He is capable of other types of work such as drywall repairs, install cabinets, etc. An all around handyman! Will definitely hire again. Thanks Michael."See more
