He made a phone call to Keith and within hours he was there, determined what needed to be done and went into action. Within 24 hours a repair to the pipe was made, damaged flooring removed along with water soaked insulation from underneath the house and all of the necessary equipment to start the drying was up and running. Keith was well versed in what would be needed to help process the insurance claim and made what was a stressful situation quite tolerable. I would highly recommend Keith and his company to anyone in need of his services."See more

Jerrod was very kind, and went above and beyond with his service. Excellent communication, and flexibility in the scheduling process as well! Only thing I wish was that all plumbing related appliances were checked, as 10 minutes post appointment for water heater installation, we ran the dishwasher, and our garbage disposal was leaking onto the floor. All in all though, would recommend!

Kurtis was very patient of the house that was built in the 1950s. He explained a few things that might be a problem but it all worked out in the end. New bathroom faucet with new plumbing and a new fancy kitchen faucet has been installed correctly and with new parts. Just need to grab some plugs for the holes in the kitchen sink and it's done!
