I'm very disappointed with the service level from this company. The guy who mounted my TV was really nice, however it was mounted way too high and the wires look really bad. I asked them to come back out to lower it and fix it and they said they would come yesterday from 6-7 p.m for a $29 fee (kinda ridiculous for the obvious height issue). I took off work early to be there and they did not show or even call to say they weren't coming. I reached out to see where they were and they said they were too busy and would come today and are now totally unresponsive. Guess I'm stuck with this. :/Sep 14, 2018VerifiedChristian S.'s reply
I'm sorry your TV is to high. If you mention that to the technician he would have resolved the issue then. Because it was after the fact we charge a trip fees only. We did speak with you and left messages and unfortunately we were not able to have a rational conversation with you. We love our clients and are proud of our work. We were trying to resolve the issue with you and received bad reviews on a few of our sites. We hate that we could not resolve this issue thank you for your business.

I got all my questions answered via speedy responses in Thumbtack and was able to get the job scheduled next day. The Techs arrived prepared and confident to mount a pull-down above my stone fireplace. The TV looks great and the mount is secure and working well. They also mounted a simple fixed LCD for us in our bedroom. They were friendly and I'd recommend them for similar jobs.Jun 1, 2017Verified
Very disappointed... We were given an estimate for the installation of a projector, projector screen, cable box and speakers for our patio. Once the owner/installer arrived we found out that he did not even have the cables to do the job and that we needed to go and buy them. So we ended up driving to the store and buying almost $80 worth of cables after we were given an estimate the day before that "supposedly" included the cables. (FYI they also ended up leaving with an entire 75 foot roll of speaker wire that I purchased) The installation was very unprofessional, as can be seen in the pictures I attached. I honestly could've done a better job myself without paying almost $400! which I actually ended up having to rewire half of it anyway after they left...Jul 2, 2017Christian S.'s reply
