- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard pricing system as some projects can be more extensive than others.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My representative will contact the customer and arrange an appointment for a free estimate. At the appointed time my representative will meet with the customer to discuss the project and preform the estimate. After which the representative will schedule an appointment for the crew to come out and do the job and collect 35% down payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My crew leaders and myself have over 15years in the makeready and interior painting industry.
