Left a review about some of the issues I was seeing since having the ducts cleaned out. Left a review and within minutes, I was contacted by the company. They set up a time for them to come out and redo the job, free of charge and they were out within days to redo the job. They got out here, immediately got to work and showed me where they thought the issues were coming from and why I was still getting so much dust. He told me what he was going to do and how he was going to get it cleaned, walked me through it and then got to it. I changed my review for a few reasons: I was contacted so quickly after leaving a review, so I know they care about what customers are saying, and not just the money being paid to them. They care about their work. They offered to come redo the work and they did it quickly, once again showing that they care about the work they are putting out. The 2 guys they sent out were beyond helpful, and explained things to me but didn't speak down to me, which has happened with other companies i've had come out to do work. While on the phone, there was no hint of an attitude or disrespect, he was very genuine when we spoke about the review. This is a family run business and it feels that way. Their customer service went a long way for me. I am a single woman doing upgrades/repairs to my first purchased home, and many companies out there will overcharge or talk to me like I know nothing. This is not one of those companies, and I would feel comfortable recommending this company to friends and family because I feel they will be taken care of.

The rep that came out was very sweet! And made sure he sprayed very well before leaving. I know this is a process getting rid of the issue & I know it won't happen right away. But I am greatful we had someone come out who was non-judgemental & who was willing to answer any questions I had. I'm sure will have to schedule our follow-up but I'm glad it was included in the price.

Great experience with Healthy Home Pest Control and Services. We had a pest control issue, they also treat for ants. We received a prompt reply the morning after listing on Thumbtack, set the appointment and the technician came out in a few days. The tech was professional, friendly and thorough; in addition, he gave us tips to prevent further outbreaks. We would highly recommend this company and plan to call them for future needs.
