She was an outstanding chef serving my family of 10 an awesome gourmet meal in our house for my mothers 80th birthday. The tenderloin of beef and her chocolate cake with cherries were amazing. The courses were all beautifully presented. She served us in an efficient and gracious manner and showed us how she was preparing the food.

    First I want to discuss their needs and expectations. Then any allergies or dietary restrictions they have. Then we will come up with a completely custom menu.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales, a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management and I have been a chef for over 20 years.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I have had an interest in food since I was a child. I did most of the cooking in my home growing up.
