- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I want to discuss their needs and expectations. Then any allergies or dietary restrictions they have. Then we will come up with a completely custom menu.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales, a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management and I have been a chef for over 20 years.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have had an interest in food since I was a child. I did most of the cooking in my home growing up.
