- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive and in most cases we beat any legitimate bids.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we come to an agreement with the customer, I explain to them how we will approach the project. We make sure we are on the same page and all the customer’s questions are answered. Depending on the length of the project, I’ll send periodic emails along with pictures to keep them in the loop about exactly what is happening.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father has been in construction business for over 50 years. I spent my summers helping him throughout the years. Now, we own a business together.
