- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's always negotiable but typically for recurring cleanings I charge a flat rate. One time cleanings my starting rate is 30 an hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If a customer decides I'm the right one for the job we will do a walk through of the house and go over the specifics they want done. I am very flexible and like to respect my customers preferences. We will then agree on a price and I will give them an estimated time of completion.
